Plan your travel to Davos

Compare three ways to get to Davos, then prepare a flight search or ask Aerio to help with your journey.

The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos is scheduled for 18–22 January 2027. For a commercial flight, this planner starts a return search to Zurich Airport (ZRH). Plan the onward journey to Davos separately. If you prefer a private jet or chauffeur, send Aerio your departure point and contact details so we can follow up.

What the planner puts into your flight search

Example: you need to be in Davos on Monday, 18 January. The planner opens a return search to Zurich Airport (ZRH), departing on 17 January and returning on 23 January by default. It passes your cabin choice and adult passenger count, with up to one stop and a five-hour stopover cap. You can change the return date on Kiwi.

Before choosing a flight on Kiwi

  1. Confirm your departure airport. Aerio leaves it out of the search link. Kiwi may suggest an airport, so check it before comparing results.
  2. Read the Zurich arrival date and local time. A flight leaving on the 17th can arrive on the 18th or later. Work back from when you need to be at your hotel or meeting, allowing for baggage and the separate road or rail trip to Davos.
  3. Check every leg. Confirm stops, connection times and cabin on each segment, since mixed cabins may appear. Add any children or infants on Kiwi and verify the total party size before booking.

What to include in an Aerio request

For a chauffeur, give the pickup point, passenger count and luggage so we can assess the vehicle needed. For a private jet, include where you want to depart from and when you need to be at your final address. If you already have a commercial flight and only need a driver, choose chauffeur and include your Zurich arrival time in the notes.
