Aerio · Our approach
Clear information. A clearly defined role.
Aerio helps people prepare aircraft charter enquiries and understand the decisions behind them.
Who is behind Aerio?
Aerio is a service built by Pavel Srajer. The website supports private, business and cargo aircraft enquiries. It gives you a structured way to describe your requirements and start a conversation without downloading an app.
What Aerio does
We provide enquiry coordination and practical planning information. We do not claim to own or operate an aircraft fleet, hold an air operator certificate, maintain a Swiss office or represent an airport or event organiser. A request is not a confirmed charter or a payment obligation.
The operating carrier and relevant providers must assess availability, aircraft and airport suitability, permissions and mission-specific requirements. Before accepting an arrangement, confirm who supplies the flight, the agreement and the final itinerary.
How we prepare our guides
The Aerio editorial team writes guides to help readers compare choices and prepare better questions. We favour official airport, tourism and event sources for factual claims and link to those sources beside each guide. Examples are labelled hypothetical. We do not present these guides as first-hand operational experience or expert flight advice.
A “sources checked” date records when the cited material was reviewed. It is not a certification by an aviation professional, nor a guarantee that requirements remain current. Operators should use current official publications and operational information.
What we do not promise
We do not publish invented prices, guaranteed availability, universal check-in times, customer reviews or unsupported safety claims. Planning guidance cannot replace a mission-specific assessment. Response timing is an aim, not a guarantee.
Contact and privacy
Use the charter request form for an itinerary or shipment. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled and how to contact us about your data. The terms describe use of Aerio.
