Pavel Srajer built Aerio as a commercial app for private aviation, cargo aircraft chartering, booking support, and flight-related communication. This page explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
By using Aerio, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. Information is used to provide, operate, secure, and improve the service. Aerio does not sell your personal information.
Information Collection and Use
Aerio may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, onboarding preferences, booking details, departure and destination airports, requested departure date and time, passenger or cargo details, support chat messages, uploaded images or documents, and aircraft booking selections.
If notifications are enabled, Aerio may store device notification tokens so the app can notify you about booking messages and support replies.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Aerio uses Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the app, such as viewed screens, selected booking modes, button taps, and general app usage patterns. This helps improve reliability, design, and product decisions. Analytics providers may collect device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app events, and technical diagnostics according to their own policies.
On aeriojets.com, optional Google Analytics measurement is activated after a visitor accepts analytics. It may record page views, interactions with App Store links, device and browser information, and IP-derived approximate location. Visitors can decline analytics or reopen Privacy choices to change their preference.
Third Party Services
The app uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you or operate app features:
- Firebase for storing user records, images, documents and analytics.
- Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics and usage measurement.
- FlightRadar24 for airport, aircraft, and flight tracking data where available.
- Apple system services for in-app browsing, notifications, documents, photos, and device permissions.
Files and Attachments
If you send images or files in support chat, those attachments may be uploaded to cloud storage and associated with your conversation. The app may cache viewed attachments locally on your device to reduce repeated downloads and improve performance.
Data Sharing
Your information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate Aerio, process support conversations, deliver notifications, store booking data, display aircraft or flight information, improve the app, comply with law, or protect the service from misuse.
Data Retention
Aerio retains account, booking, support, and attachment data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
