Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aerio, a commercial app built by Pavel Srajer for private aviation, cargo aircraft chartering, aircraft availability, booking support, and related communication.
By using Aerio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the Service
Aerio helps users submit aircraft charter requests, compare aircraft information, communicate with support, upload relevant booking files, and view flight tracking information when available. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Bookings and Aircraft Information
Aircraft availability, aircraft attributes, pricing, schedules, flight tracking data, and booking details may change. Information shown in the app is provided for planning and communication purposes and may require confirmation by Aerio support or an aircraft operator before any service is finalized.
Cargo and Passenger Requests
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger, cargo, declared value, size, weight, temperature control, and hazardous material information. Cargo requests involving regulated, hazardous, restricted, or temperature-sensitive goods may require additional review, documentation, or refusal.
Support Chat and Attachments
You may use support chat to communicate about general requests or specific bookings. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential third-party, or irrelevant content. Aerio may store messages and attachments as needed to provide support and maintain booking records.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Aerio may send messages related to support replies, booking updates, and aircraft charter requests. You can manage notification permissions through iOS settings.
Third Party Services
Aerio relies on services such as Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple system services, and FlightRadar24. These third party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and data handling practices.
No Guarantee of Availability
Aerio is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, aircraft availability, exact flight tracking accuracy, or that every booking request can be fulfilled.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavel Srajer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Aerio, reliance on aircraft or flight information, service interruptions, or third party services.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Aerio after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
